This is my bird project, I got a bird from online, got some bird feathers from online I added a new layer and used the automatic lasso tool, to move the feather on the bird, and then duplicated the layer over and over again and placed them and this is how it turns out!
I used google to find this picture, then used the pain bucket tool to fill it in, used the eyedropper tool on colors I found on the int...
The pink feathers are pretty :D
